★ Product description:
FQW (original BQF and FWQB) pneumatic immersible pump for mining is a new product out of our independent development. This device is a mechanical product through the coaxial linkage of rotor and pump body and applies the vertical mechanism and down pump. Standard Q/JNAT001-2010 has been implemented. The pneumatic immersible pump for mining exhibits compact structure and is easy to move, assemble, disassemble and repair. The vortex street of pump applies efficient, energy-saving hydraulic model and specially designed impeller. This water pump is characterized by great sewerage disposal ability, large flow, high head of delivery, etc. FQW pumps are applicable to the drainage in places with hidden danger of gas and coal-dust explosion and have come into wide use in any working planes under the  coal mine shafts. The product, easy and reliable to operate, functions to convey the underground water containing coal dust and sand grain and can improve the on-site air quality in an effective way.
★Characteristics of FQW pump:
The FQW (original BQF) pneumatic immersible pump for mining, powered by compressed air and with the centrifugal pump structure, exhibits small size, light weight, simple structure and easy installation and repair. As a cutting-edge pneumatic pumping appliance, the device can be used safely and reliably in mines containing gas and coal dust.
★Environmental conditions of usage:
a)There are gas and coal dust in the surrounding air;
b)Air pressure(0.4-0.7)MPa;
c)PH value of water:4-10;
d)Volume ratio of the solid impurity in water: more than 2%;
e)Water density: no more than 1.1*103kg/m3;
f)Operating ambient temperature(5~40)℃
★Structure and operating principle of product:
Pneumatic immersible pump for mining is mainly composed of pump, motor and overcurrent.
1. Pump casing: It is divided into an upper and lower chamber. The gas and water are separated by seal ring in the middle. The seal ring is sealed by spring. By virtue of the pressure of gas and water, the high-pressure gas and water enter the inner wall of the above and lower seal ring so that the inner wall will bulge to enhance the sealing effect.
2. Air motor: The air motor is composed of rotor, turbine, upper and lower cylinder, bearing, etc. It is powered by compressed air, and the impulse turbine propels the rotors into high-speed operation.
3. Overcurrent: It is composed of water wheel, pump cover suction port, pump seat and so on. The water wheel is installed on the rotor shaft at the lower cavity of the casing. The compressed air enters from the air inlet and the rotors in operation will drive the water wheels. Influenced by the centrifugal force, the water in the water wheels will be pressed into the effluent vortex path of the casing before discharged along the discharging tube.
★Characteristics:
The FQW/W (original FWQB) pneumatic immersible pump for mining breaks through the conventional design idea by applying the latest immersible pump driven by wind turbine and powered by compressed air. The device overcomes the drawbacks of conventional air pump, such as loud noise, great wind consumption and low efficiency. So far it has been widely used in expanding laneways of mines, construction of vertical shaft, and the drainage construction of underground chambers.
